hi, i'm anda.
i love waking up with the sun so i can ease into my morning with coffee and a book. after that, i throw on a good record and dive right into work. on weekends you'll find me at the farmers market or brunch (and usually shooting a wedding).
i enjoy meals shared with friends, nights at the lake, contemporary art, south america, autumn light, bonfires, yoga and football, bourbon and hammocks.
it's pretty simple—i love what i do and i work really hard at it. my goal is to tell the true story of your wedding day as naturally as possible with a documentary style that is relaxed and real ... never forced or scripted. at every wedding i aim to be a calming presence and to make sure you’re comfortable being photographed. i'm always looking for those in-between moments—the subtle glances and fleeting touches—that could easily go unnoticed. i hope when you scroll through my work you notice every wedding reflects the feeling of that day, in particular, and that no two weddings look the same. because who wants to be cast inside a mold of basic, standard poses?
my work has been featured in most major wedding publications including style me pretty, green wedding shoes, martha stewart weddings, huffington post, vsco journal, wi bride, veil magazine, brava magazine, madison magazine, 100 layer cake, and many, many more...
take a look around, and if what you see on my site resonates with you, i'd love to talk!
