From the moment I stepped into Sara’s parents’ beautiful home I felt welcomed as part of the day. The love and warmth in both families is contagious. The northwoods setting was gorgeous, and despite pouring rain scattered throughout the day … everything was just perfect. I’ve never seen so many guests crying before the bride even walked down the aisle. I actually started tearing-up as well … the emotion in the room was so thick.

Haley and Danny are beautiful, thoughtful, and so obviously & madly in love.  Their wedding took place at the rustic Coon’s Franklin Lodge … the perfect setting for the perfect day with the awesomely thought-out vintage details.  I loved all the table arrangements and the flowers by the talented Daffodil*Parker … the choice to have a Super 8mm videographer … and everything else … from Haley’s vintage accessories, to the stylish and varied bridesmaids’ dresses, and birdseed being tossed as the newly married couple drove off in a 1941 blue Lincoln.  Haley was a UW Singer back in her college days — so you can only imagine how incredible the ceremony music was.  I was blown-away and tearing-up.  But later, when Haley serenaded Danny at the reception … well, that was simply incredible.

Thank you Haley and Danny so much for letting me capture your gorgeous day!  I know you are still on your honeymoon and I hope it’s amazing.  Congratulations!
